As President of 9th St. Active Feet, Inc., I have had the honor of working closely with our associated shoe manufacturers. As a national leading dealer, I am able to provide product design input to the Brooks, Asics, and Saucony shoe lines.

My commitment is to sell shoes and athletic apparel that will match the quality of expert care you'll receive during your evaluation.

Every customer at 9th St. Active Feet, Inc. receives a free, thorough evaluation to determine the presence of biochemical lower extremity problems. This determines whether he or she is oversupinated, overpronated, or has a neutral foot.
 
This process includes interpreting and filling physician prescriptions for therapeutic treatment of foot abnormalities through shoes, orthotics, inserts, etc.  Each individual screening takes 30 to 60 minutes, and each team member generally fits 10 to 12 clients per day.

Following this determination, our team members will select the proper foot product to reach the correct level of mechanical adjustment. This might require fitting anywhere from 6-10 different models of shoes to match up with the customer's comfort level.

In some cases, it’s necessary to provide orthotics, cushions, or soft or hard heel cups to deal with problems. Our team members can help with rehab advice about conditions such as:

• plantar fasciitis
• tendon injuries
• runner's knee
• shin splints
• hip or knee replacements
